Are you a travel agency? +

No. We’re a flight strategy consultancy. We design your itinerary and show you how to book (or connect you to partners for concierge ticketing).

How do your fees work? +

Assessment Call (S$99) for feasibility, Itinerary Design (from S$240) for deep work, plus optional ongoing concierge/alerts. No mark-ups on tickets.

Can you guarantee availability? +

No guarantees, but we increase odds with timing, partner programs, transfer bonuses, and smart waitlist strategies.

Do you work with corporate clients? +

Yes — route playbooks, policy alignment, and complex windows for teams. We also leverage corporate reward programs.

Will you use my miles or cash — or both? +

Both are modelled. Often it’s a mix: cash one way on a low-surcharge carrier, miles on the return timed with transfer bonuses.

How fast do I get options? +

After the Assessment, we share 1–2 high-value options within 24–48 hours for most trips (multi-city may need a little longer).

Refunds & changes? +

Depends on airline/program. We highlight change/refund rules, re-deposit fees, and fare conditions before you book.

Any hidden fees? +

None. Our fees are transparent. Taxes/surcharges are paid directly to the airline/program — we estimate them up front.
